A little help for the problem I'm facing while making widgets.

I have made a few widgets but the thing is that they work fine for a 4x2 but when I use them with resized empty template and scale, everything starts moving away. Like for example I have a bitmap on a bottom corner and clock on the top corner, the thing happens is the clock will move up and bitmap down on scaling the widget. Any way of stopping this??? Please it'll help a lot. ☺
