Best custom ROM in every field.????

Hey can any 1 tell me which is the best coistom ROM ever fr Nexus 7 2013 fr every fields. I want the best from the top to bottom list...can any one plz tell me and i wanted to ask can I remove that coistom ROM in case I get a better ROM after that..
