SM-G360HU upgrade to Lollipop

I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G360HU)
It is ROOTED
android version: 4.4.4 kitkat
baseband version: G360HUXXUOAOG2 ( i dont know if it is zero or letter o)

Question: Can i upgrade this to lollipop?
