please help bricked xperia sp after flashing a custom kernel

I was on CM11 / android 4.4.4 and I've wanted to flash a custom kernel.The only one which I found to be compatible is NayakKernel.I downloaded it on my phone and I've flashed it by PHLIZ recovery,everything was fine until I rebooted,I saw that the screen was red and green and the DPI was set to 500 or more.Now the touchscreen works and the display has the same problem.Im sure that this is a software problem because when I boot my phone the kernel is image appears with normal colors.The problem is that I cant enter in recovery and I cant flash the stock firmware via flashtool because when the flashing process starts my phone automatically reboots showing the charging battery.But Im able to enter flash mode or fastboot. Please guys help I really need this phone :crying::(
