[Q] Can Xperia Z3's "Xperia Amswering Machine be ported to Zenfone 5?

My friend have a Sony device, Xperia Z3 which she has discovered a cool feature, Answering machine, she can record her voice and when someone call and she's not answering the caller can leave a recorded message to be played later. Can this be done? Thanks for the reply in advance.
