phone brick solution please?

hi sir gud evng, i am using my asus since last year . but now these days i got my phone stuck like anything ..its only showing like a usb simble on screen only .. its getting vibrate ,on and showing that simble on screen and then turnoff .this is the situation when i press lock button .. . so please help me to how to fix it
