Debrand ATT Lumia 950

Just wondering Is there a generic flash file I can use to put on my phone. I am getting tired of having to wait for ATT to release firmware updates from Microsoft. They have released a ton and ATT still hasn't released any of them. Also If my phone is not unlocked, will flashing unlock it.
