Lockscreen problem

Every time i lock my device, when I try to unlock, the screen goes black, and after 1-2 minutes, SystemUI restarts. This issue started after I tried to change SELinux to Permissive, using SELinux mode changer, but even after I returned to original value and uninstalled the app, I can't lock my phone anymore. How I can fix this? I'm on KitKat 2.22.40.54
