Xperia Z5 lack of Developments?

sorry for the nooby question, but everytime i check xperia z5's Android development page, there's nothing new. no custom roms, few custom recovery, and few kernel. is it because Z5 is hard to make a custom rom? or because of no developer uses xperia z5? sorry for my bad english.:eek:
