Can i fix my vibration through flashing different Roms/Kernels?

My rom was running ok then suddenly, my phone just stop vibrating. I already flashed ed300 CM12, MIUI 7 (RUSSIAN) and Xenon Rom. Still nothing can fix it. Please help :(:(
