FRP LOCK : ON What does it mean somebody please help me ??

Hi everyone I recently bought Galaxy s5 and I flashed a firmware from sammobile with odin.
Before flashing on download mode FRP Lock was OFF but after flashing FRP Lock turned ON.
Can somebody please explain to me what does it mean ? And can I return it OFF ? Please somebody help me
