Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 vs Galaxy Tab A 7.0, which has better CPU and GPU?

I'm trying to decide between the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 and Galaxy Tab A 7.0. I know that the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a Marvell PXA1088 CPU and Vivante GC1000 GPU. Does anyone here know what the exact CPU and GPU is in the Galaxy Tab A 7.0? The specs say T-Shark 2A CPU, but I can't find any information about it. I think it is made by Spreadtrum. I am trying to find the exact model. If anyone has this tablet could you run CPU X and find out? I am trying to figure out which one has the better CPU and GPU (Tab A or Tab 4). Thanks! :)
