Need help flashing CWM without USB or SDcard.

So my i9000 usb and sdcard not working, i need to get out from android 2.2

can someone help me to CWM without these 2, i rooted the device with "z4root" and tried "rom manager" to install CWM but it tells me that i need an SD card in order to complete the process
