alcatel one touch fierce 2 7040n recovery system problem

my fierce 2 has been lately updated and went to android system recovery 3e. tried all the options from reboot system now to apply update from sdcard, but nothing changes, phone reboots and is looped back to no command screen :(:(. is this bricked, soft or hard brick? how do i fix this issue?
phone was rooted with kingroot before update was installed.
