Android Device works as hands free speakera and message notifier

Hi.
I have android bike navigation. Is this possible to pair navigation with phone to use standart HF profiles?

I want to answer calls incoming to my phone using navi. Next i want to get notification about incoming SMS on navigation.

I know that some cars BT devices have these options, but how can i do it with another android device.
Both devices have bluetooth module.

Any ideas?
