I am trying to encrypt my rooter N5 with latest Marshmallow. I have following apps installed - SuperSu, TWRP, Busybox,and ROM Toolbox.
I am trying to adh shell --> su --> then
pkill -KILL daemonsu
and immediately I go into settings and try to Encrypt. I get green android screen and then the phone reboots and goes into boot loop, (I verified... waited for more than 1hr). I interrupt bootloop by powering it off and restart, it will boot normally but not encrypted.
any help on how to encrypt a rooted N5 on latest Marshmallow.
