htc one m8 red triangle

so basically i updated my phone to marshmallow but it started showing me the red triangle ...then i downloaded the update on sd card...and from recovery mode i updated from sd card but it shows
"E:signature verification failed"
and i also tried factory resetting it but there is no use i end up with the red triangle
