Huawei theme request

I dont know if this is in the correct place, if not could the admin move it? if Would any of you kind people be able to make a Xperia theme I have some stuff you could possibly use as a base. Im liking the look ive got at the moment but the main thing I am looking for is a Xperia style lockscreen

EDIT: also is it possible to theme navigation bar?
