is there any zip for a stock image?

I am wanting to go back to a stock image to use Android Pay, and whatnot but my usb port on the phone does not work anymore. I have been charging it using a Qi charger, but there is no way that I can Fastboot it. Is there any way I can get back to stock? Thanks.
