S6 Edge - Marshmallow update - Photo Gallery Auto Adjust feature unavailable sometime

The Marshmallow update for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge ( SM - G925 ) Unlocked Romanian version came today , but as soon as I updated, I noticed some ... things.

Number 1 -

previously, in the photo gallery, the samsung one, you had the option to auto-adjust an image weather it was a photo taken with the phone or a downloaded pic off the net.
Now though, I noticed that some photos that are made with the phone, don't have that option anymore, while others do.
The same goes for the downloaded pics, wallpapers etc.
The option isn't there anymore for some images.

I didn't notice any pattern as to which pics get the option and which ones don't .

Does anybody have any info on that?

Number 2 -

In samsung's camera app, in the settings, now we get the saw as RAW file, which is great, but the option is greyed out, unless you go in pro mode and go back to the settings and try then.
So, does this mean that you can only save RAW files when you snap pics in Pro mode?
Or once you enable the option to save RAW, you can go back into Auto mode and your RAW files will be there?

Same goes for video stabilization.
