I currently have twrp 2.8.7 installed, but I'm trying to upgrade to version 3 to support full disk encryption. I've tried flashing through fastbootz3c and it says it's successful, but when I boot into recovery it's still version 2.8. I tried upgrading through the app, but that failed as well. What am I doing wrong?
