Enable hotspot on at&t htc a9

To enable tethering you must be rooted, once rooted install root explorer and on your phone look for system/customize/ACC/default.XML. Open the default.XML with text editor and scroll down to the almost very bottom to look for the line <app name="Tethering_provision"> n change it to <app name="Tethering_provision=0"> hit the 3 dots on the top right corner and select save and exit. Open it again to verify changes, reboot phone. I have tested on my phone and works
