I need help With FRP HTC Desire 626! Please?

Ok so I got this phone on eBay and when it arrived I turned it on and it had FRP(Factory Reset Protection)
I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO BYPASS IT
It does not support OTG
I don"t know if it is rooted
Developer options are disabled
And I can't find a fastboot option in any of the boot menus
Any help will be appreciated please and thank you!
