Make a CWM Recovery for OCU smartphone 77x

Hi guys, i need your help for convert stock recovery.img of OCU 77x smartphone in any Custom Recovery (CWR, TWRP, PhilZ).

The android version is 4.4.2 KitKat and I already used scripts for Philz and TWRP Recovery with no success.
The phone is a Mediatek 6572 at 1.0 Ghz

I attach 2 files at this post:

Stock recovery.img
Stock boot.img

Any help would be much appreciated!!
