Memory card errors

why do I get memory card error on my SD every week. I have to scan my SD card every week by chkdsk from Windows pc.is there any way I can avoid getting these errors again and again. Cuz even if I scan and solve that error, some other error comes again within a week and I have to scan my SD card on pc using a chkdsk. How do I find that culprit file that's giving this error again and again even after fixing it.
