Uneven white screen?

I think mine has a little bit uneven white. It looks a bit yellowish on the bottom (by soft buttons) and a bit gray on top right. It's barely visible and you can only see it under daylight (5000-6500K). It doesn't affect other color.
Is it considered defective?
In addition, how can I check the manufacturer of the screen?
