XT1096 Bootloop

Hey guys, after trying to flash an XT1096 Marshmallow ROM that was modified from an XT1095, I started running into a bootloop. I can't get past the Moto logo intro (I flashed the original moto x intro instead of the unlocked warning before) and now it just keeps rebooting from there. I tried going back to other ROMs but no spark. I can still access recovery and fastboot. Any suggestions?
