zte v5 max brick

when i delete the partition and hit apply after a few sec. from the time that partition deleted, all the partition will be created by itself. idont know why ????????
and also when i want to start copying image to phone using hdd raw tool , i will get error at first position . anybody plz help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
