After factory resetting Gionee e7 I am not able to download apps from playstore.

After factory resetting Gionee Elife E7 I am not able to download apps from playstore. It just shows downloading and then in the notification bar it would show paused. I have tried resetting 3-4 times but it still did not work. Please help! :(:(
