[Q] Pairing The Galaxy Gear (1st GEN) with any android-powered device

I have Huawei Honor 5x and i want to use my gear within. Is there any sort of way that could pair them together? BTW- using custom cyanogenmod 13 ROM 6.0.x Any help will be appreciated!
