problem with custom roms

Hello there, after unlock my z ultra I tried every rom from xda. Resurrection remix was the best ever rom for z ultra. But I saw problem in custom roms that I didn't get what's app verification massage neither hike messenger and the big problem is while using my master card I didn't get one time password. I tried every rom. But I make 5.1.1 stock rooted rom for my z ultra with prf creater and everything works fine now. I m here to asking that why I face these problems.
